Its modular design utilizes mass flow controllers for ultimate repeatability, consistency, and easy serviceability. Operators can manage all parameters through a robust 21″ industrial touchscreen, with recipe storage, built-in safety controls, and full system diagnostics.

Multus-C: Cascade Plasma

A high-performance plasma control system for precise, repeatable coating applications using cascade-type plasma torches. Designed for scalability, it incorporates the latest generation of cascade torch controls for unmatched stability and performance.

Supported Torch Types: C+ (Models 3, 5, 7, and ID), CV+, All commercially available cascade torches

Power Supply Options: 500A @ 400V (cascade), 1000A @ 100V (non-cascade), Multi-electrode capability

Multus-NC: Non-Cascade Plasma

Engineered for legacy plasma guns and modern high-energy torches, the Multus-NC delivers reliable, high-efficiency plasma coating performance.
