The MULTUS is a high-performance, modular thermal spray control platform engineered for precise, repeatable coating operations across all major thermal spray processes. Built for flexibility and scalability, it supports both local and remote operations, making it ideal for modern, data-driven coating environments.

Its modular design utilizes mass flow controllers for ultimate repeatability, consistency, and easy serviceability. Operators can manage all parameters through a robust industrial touchscreen, with recipe storage, built-in safety controls, and full system diagnostics. The most intuitive screen on the market, it allows for easy parameter selection and key data visibility.

Every MULTUS plasma system proudly integrates Elmatech plasma power supplies for proven reliability and performance. These power supplies are configurable for all plasma torch requirements, including high voltage and multi-cathode designs.

Multus System Configurations

Each Multus unit can operate as a standalone system or as part of a multi-process thermal spray setup. Systems can be customized for any process type depending on production needs.

MULTUS-C: Cascade Plasma

A high-performance plasma control system for precise, repeatable coating applications using cascade-type plasma torches. Designed for scalability, it incorporates the latest generation of cascade torch controls for unmatched stability and performance.

Supported Torch Types: C+ (Models 3, 5, 7, and ID), CV+, Oerlikon Metco SinplexPro & TriplexPro, and all other cascade torch types.

Power Supply Options: 150kW total, scalable voltage up to 400V.

MULTUS-NC: Non-Cascade Plasma

Engineered for legacy plasma guns and modern high-energy torches, the MULTUS-NC delivers reliable, high-efficiency plasma coating performance.

Supported Torch Types: Legacy torches types – Oerlikon Metco F & MB types, Linde SG types. As well as high energy torch types such as the Linde PlazJet, Progressive HE100 and Mettech Axial III.

Power Supply Options: Amperage and voltage configurable depending on torch type.

MULTUS-GF: Gas-Fuel HVOF

High-performance control system for gas-fueled HVOF coating processes. Built for precision and consistency with a user-friendly interface and advanced data management features.

Supported Fuels: Hydrogen, Methane, Propane, Propylene, Natural Gas.

Supported Torches: Oerlikon Metco DJ type, Stellite JetKote type, and other gas-fueled HV torches.

MULTUS-LF: Liquid-Fuel HVOF

Optimized for liquid-fueled HVOF coatings, the MULTUS-LF offers consistent results across multiple fuel types with full IoT connectivity and regulatory compliance features.

Supported Fuels: Jet A, Kerosene, Ethanol.

Supported Torches: Linde JP type, Oerlikon Metco Woka torch type as well as other liquid-fueled HV torches.
