Arzell, Inc. began as a robotic programming and integration company. We have a deep and profound understanding of robotic principles, and we work with all the major manufacturers to provide the equipment on which our clients depend. We install mission specific robots to suit even the most demanding production lines. Our designers and programmers have some of the most extensive experience in the industry, having installed robots and integrated systems for major OEM’s across all manufacturing industries. We can assist you from the conception and design stages all the way to robotics integration and automation. Beyond thermal spray and laser cladding applications, we have installed robots for:

We are proud to be Authorized System Integrators for both FANUC and ABB. We are fully conversant in all Fanuc platforms and languages including RG to R30iB+ controllers, Karel, and TPP. Our knowledge of ABB robots ranges from S3 to OmniCore controllers and Rapid.
