Coating Stripping
Electrolytic stripping plays a critical role in protecting the structural integrity, chemical properties, and dimensional accuracy of substrates when thermal spray coatings need to be removed for rework. Many components can be safely reused after predefined service intervals, significantly reducing the cost associated with full replacement.
Arzell has developed its own proprietary stripping solutions and designs bespoke, fully automated chemical stripping systems tailored to components of varying sizes and production volumes. Our systems are designed specifically for Tungsten and Chromium Carbide coatings with Nickel and Cobalt matrix materials.
